I need to get something printed. How do I know if you do it (it’s not listed)?
We tend to list the more common products and services in an expanding list of products and services. There is no harm in asking. If we don’t have it, we’ll try to offer you alternative solutions.
Is there any warranty on your products/services?
We value quality and repeat business so it makes sense for us only to give our clients the best their budget can buy. We won’t sell you something we ourselves do not believe in. And if something is not right, we’ll fix it until it is.
How long does it take for Greener Grazz to respond to an enquiry? How long does it take to print something?
We always try to get back to you within 24 hours. As for prints, it all depends on the thing and if you have an urgent print, you could let us know from the get-go. Posters can be done within a day, booklets and banners in 2 days if push comes to shove…whenever it’s physically possible, we’ll take it on and try to help you out of the pinch.
I have a very unique design idea, can you help with the design/production of it?
We know of printing companies who will not take on custom designs because they are either not equipped to or simply will not risk doing something unfamiliar. The surer option, Creative Agencies could be priced out of your budget. We’re happy to jump in to help bridge that gap. So far we’ve assisted even agencies with packaging design, 3D paper engineering and even an odd case of a customised metal bracket for iPad to throw into the mix. We love a challenge.
I prefer working with service-orientated suppliers. Do you believe in the age-old motto of “the customer is always right”?
No, we do not. However, we work extremely well with reasonable clients who are professional and open-minded. We believe in collaborations that are win-win. And we believe in going the extra mile for clients that are understanding and delightful to work with. Otherwise…no.
I can get corporate gifts cheaper on Taobao/Shopee, why should I get them from you?
Like almost everyone, we do also source from China however, what we have on top of going directly to the Chinese factories, are the checkpoints for quality we place from the time the items are sourced, ordered and produced, to the delivery to your doorstep. We engage a trusted agency in China to make those checks so that we eliminate the possibility of errors. What we provide is not just the product but also that invaluable peace of mind.
